There is no match for ghee to add flavor to cooking. Vegetarian or non-vegetarian, this ingredient is the best in any category. Apart from the taste, ghee has many benefits. Ghee has been used for many purposes since ancient times. It is also very important in Ayurveda. Ghee is called “Tongue Of The God” or “Navel Of Immortality”. Now, however, ghee is omitted.
